center;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u5805\u56fa\u5065\u5eb7\u5bb6\u5ead\uff0c\u5be6\u73fe\u795e\u570b\u5ba3\u6559\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u8b77\u5bb6\u4e2d\u5fc3\u2013\u5468\u7d05<\/p>\n<p>\u89d2\u8072\u8b77\u5bb6\u4e2d\u5fc3\u81f4\u529b\u65bc\u3010\u5bb6\u5ead\u95dc\u4fc2\u7834\u88c2\u5f8c\u7684\u5fc3\u9748\u91cd\u5efa\u3011\u7684\u5de5\u4f5c\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u904e\u53bb\u4e5d\u5e74\u591a\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u966a\u4f34\u4e86\u8a31\u591a\u5fc3\u9748\u7834\u788e\u7684\u4eba\u8d70\u904e\u8271\u8f9b\u8def\u3002\u500b\u6848\u6709\u7537\u5973\u8001\u5c11\u3001\u55ae\u8eab\u55ae\u89aa\u3001\u4e2d\u5e74\u592b\u59bb\u3001\u751a\u81f3\u7956\u7236\u6bcd\u3002\u6bcf\u4eba\u96e3\u8655\u96d6\u4e0d\u540c\uff0c<!--more-->\u7136\u800c\u5728\u75db\u82e6\u4eba\u751f\u8def\u4e2d\u6e34\u671b\u91cd\u7372\u5065\u5eb7\u8005\uff0c\u5728\u81ea\u7701\u7684\u904e\u7a0b\u4e2d\u9010\u6b65\u8d70\u51fa\u672c\u4ee5\u70ba\u7d55\u671b\u7684\u4eba\u751f\uff0c\u62fe\u56de\u76fc\u671b\uff0c\u4e26\u80fd\u4ee5\u898b\u8b49\u795d\u798f\u4ed6\u4eba\u3002\u53ef\u662f\u90a3\u4e9b\u5728\u61fc\u6015\u4e2d\u714e\u71ac\uff0c\u9577\u671f\u81ea\u6190\u8001\u820a\u5f80\u4e8b\uff0c\u4e0d\u80af\u653e\u4e0b\u82e6\u6bd2\u57cb\u6028\uff0c\u4ee5\u81f3\u8eab\u5fc3\u53d7\u640d\u7684\u50b7\u75db\u8005\u537b\u7121\u6cd5\u7372\u5f97\u771f\u6b63\u91cd\u5efa\uff0c\u800c\u6c38\u9060\u6210\u70ba\u9003\u907f\u73fe\u5be6\u8005\u3002\u5176\u5f8c\u679c\u4e0d\u4f46\u81ea\u8eab\u7121\u6cd5\u518d\u904e\u5065\u5eb7\u6b63\u5e38\u751f\u6d3b\u548c\u64c1\u6709\u826f\u597d\u4eba\u969b\u95dc\u4fc2\uff0c\u66f4\u5c0d\u793e\u5340\u548c\u5f8c\u4ee3\u5e36\u4f86\u5de8\u5927\u7684\u7834\u58de\u548c\u50b7\u5bb3\u3002\u7279\u5225\u662f\u795e\u570b\u7684\u5ba3\u6559\u58eb\u53ca\u6559\u7267\u9818\u8896\u5011\u8eab\u8ca0\u795e\u7684\u4f7f\u547d\uff0c\u6709\u6642\u627f\u53d7\u58d3\u529b\u8d85\u6a19\u6216\u5c6c\u9748\u722d\u6230\u7684\u91cd\u5275\uff0c\u82e5\u5e38\u5106\u9192\u81ea\u8eab\u5065\u5eb7\u53ca\u4fdd\u6301\u5bb6\u5ead\u548c\u7766\uff0c\u5ee3\u50b3\u798f\u97f3\u6642\u65b9\u80fd\u9054\u5230\u4e8b\u534a\u529f\u500d\u4e4b\u6548\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u90a3\u9ebd\u5230\u5e95\u662f\u4ec0\u9ebd\u79d8\u8a23\u53ef\u4ee5\u4f7f\u6211\u5011\u7372\u5f97\u771f\u6b63\u7684\u91cd\u5efa\u5462\uff1f<\/p>\n<p>1\uff09\u81ea\u8eab\u5fc5\u9808\u6709\u4e00\u9846\u6e34\u6155\u4e14\u8b19\u5351\u53d7\u6559\u7684\u5fc3 \uff1b 2\uff09\u4e0d\u6307\u671b\u6539\u8b8a\u5225\u4eba\u6216\u5e6b\u52a9\u5225\u4eba\u89e3\u6c7a\u4ed6\u7684\u554f\u984c\uff0c\u53ea\u5c08\u6ce8\u52aa\u529b\u6539\u8b8a\u81ea\u5df1\u5148\u5065\u5eb7\uff1b 3\uff09\u5fc5\u9808\u5c0b\u627e\u5065\u5eb7\u4e14\u53d7\u904e\u5c08\u696d\u8a13\u7df4\u7684\u4eba\u58eb\u966a\u4f34\uff1b 4\uff09\u6ce8\u610f\u53ea\u8aaa\u6b63\u9762\u3001\u6709\u76fc\u671b\u3001\u548c\u795d\u798f\u7684\u8a71\u8a9e\uff0c\u8b39\u8a18\uff1a\u4e00\u53e5\u6c23\u8a71\u80fd\u6467\u6bc0\u5bb6\u5ead\u95dc\u4fc2\uff1b 5\uff09\u7576\u5bb6\u5ead\u95dc\u4fc2\u51fa\u73fe\u5371\u6a5f\u6642\uff0c\u4e0d\u8207\u5bb6\u4eba\u722d\u9b25\uff0c\u8981\u5e36\u8457\u5bec\u6055\u6069\u6148\u70ba\u5c0d\u65b9\u795d\u798f\u79b1\u544a\u3002\u9019\u5c31\u662f\u5f37\u800c\u6709\u529b\u3001\u4e14\u6709\u679c\u6548\u3001\u771f\u5be6\u5f97\u52dd\u91cd\u5efa\u7684\u79d8\u8a23\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u500b\u4eba\u7684\u8eab\u3001\u5fc3\u3001\u9748\u548c\u5bb6\u5ead\u95dc\u4fc2\u7684\u5065\u5eb7\u662f\u795e\u570b\u5ba3\u6559\u5fc5\u4e0d\u53ef\u5c11\u7684\u689d\u4ef6\u3002\u70ba\u4e86\u4f7f\u66f4\u591a\u6e34\u6155\u5065\u5eb7\u7684\u7834\u788e\u5fc3\u9748\u5f97\u5230\u771f\u6b63\u91cd\u5efa\uff0c\u8b77\u5bb6\u4e2d\u5fc3\u9664\u4e86\u63d0\u4f9b\u4fc3\u9032\u5065\u5eb7\u5bb6\u5ead\u95dc\u4fc2\u7684\u514d\u8cbb\u793e\u5340\u6559\u80b2\u8b1b\u5ea7\uff1b\u4ea6\u6709\u8ab2\u5802\u5f0f\u7684\u7fa4\u9ad4\u91ab\u6cbb\uff0c\u4e3b\u984c\u6709\u300a\u539f\u751f\u5bb6\u5ead\u7684\u63a2\u8a0e\u300b\u3001\u300a\u5efa\u7acb\u5065\u5eb7\u7684\u4eba\u969b\u95dc\u4fc2\u300b\u3001\u300a\u60c5\u7dd2\u7ba1\u7406\u300b\u3001\u300a\u81ea\u6211\u5f62\u8c61\u300b\uff1b\u53ca\u6bcf\u5e74\u4e00\u6b21\u7684\u300a\u751f\u547d\u91cd\u5efa\u71df\u6703\u300b\uff1b\u548c\u5c08\u696d\u7684\u500b\u5225\u5354\u8ac7\u8f14\u5c0e\u3002\u900f\u904e\u9019\u4e9b\u6709\u7cfb\u7d71\u7684\u670d\u52d9, \u80fd\u8b93\u5b78\u54e1\u81ea\u6211\u7701\u5bdf\uff0c\u662f\u5e6b\u52a9\u50b7\u75db\u8005\u8d70\u51fa\u9670\u973e\u6700\u6709\u6548\u7684\u91ab\u6cbb\u3002<\/p>\n<p>2016\u5e74\u4e00\u6708\u81f3\u4e09\u6708\uff0c\u8b77\u5bb6\u4e2d\u5fc3\u8209\u8fa6\u4e86\u5e7e\u9805\u5927\u578b\u6d3b\u52d5\uff1a46\u4eba\u53c3\u52a0\u4e86\u7b2c\u5341\u4e8c\u5c46\u300a\u751f\u547d\u91cd\u5efa\u71df\u300b\u3002\u53e6\u5916\uff0c8\u5468\u7684\u7cfb\u5217\u8ab2\u7a0b\uff0c\u5728\u5348\u9593\u7684\u300a\u539f\u751f\u5bb6\u5ead\u7684\u63a2\u8a0e\u300b\uff0c\u548c\u665a\u9593\u7684\u300a\u5efa\u7acb\u5065\u5eb7\u7684\u4eba\u969b\u95dc\u7cfb\u300b\uff0c\u517116 \u5802\u8ab2\uff0c35\u4eba\u53c3\u52a0\u3002\u7d50\u696d\u6642\uff0c\u5b78\u54e1\u975e\u5e38\u8208\u596e\u5730\u5206\u4eab\uff1a<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u5f88\u611f\u6069\u6211\u7d42\u65bc\u53ef\u4ee5\u9952\u6055\u5728\u904e\u53bb\u4e8c\u5341\u5e74\u4e00\u76f4\u4e0d\u80fd\u539f\u8ad2\u7684\u7236\u89aa\uff01\u6211\u4e5f\u627e\u5230\u4e86\u56f0\u60d1\u81ea\u5df1\u591a\u5e74\u7684\u554f\u984c\uff0c\u4e86\u89e3\u5230\u70ba\u4ec0\u9ebd\u8207\u4ed6\u4eba\u76f8\u8655\u4e0d\u878d\u6d3d\u7684\u6839\u6e90\u3002<\/li>\n<li>\u5728\u570b\u5167\u5927\u5b78\u5f9e\u4e8b\u5fc3\u7406\u5b78\u7684\u8001\u5e2b\u5f88\u9ad8\u8208\u6709\u6a5f\u6703\u53c3\u52a0\u9019\u6a23\u7684\u6210\u9577\u5c0f\u7d44\u3002\u5979\u8a8d\u540c\u539f\u751f\u5bb6\u5ead\u8ab2\u7a0b\u7684\u5167\u5bb9\u548c\u8b77\u5bb6\u5718\u968a\u8001\u5e2b\u8b1b\u8ab2\u7684\u6a21\u5f0f\uff0c\u807d\u5230\u540c\u5b78\u5206\u4eab\u4e0a\u8ab2\u5f8c\u518d\u5ea6\u6709\u81ea\u4fe1\u548c\u5b89\u5168\u611f\uff0c\u500d\u53d7\u9f13\u821e\uff01<\/li>\n<li>\u4e00\u4f4d\u5f88\u5e74\u8f15\u7684\u5abd\u5abd\u9818\u609f\u5230\u300c\u4e0d\u6c42\u6539\u8b8a\u5c0d\u65b9\uff0c\u53ea\u9858\u6539\u5584\u81ea\u5df1\u300d\u7684\u771f\u8ae6\u3002\u6c92\u7d50\u5a5a\u4e4b\u524d\uff0c\u7e3d\u4ee5\u70ba\u81ea\u5df1\u662f\u6dd1\u5973\uff0c\u8ab0\u77e5\u5a5a\u5f8c\u6211\u7adf\u8b8a\u6210\u4e86\u5f6a\u5973\uff0c\u4e00\u76f4\u4ee5\u70ba\u662f\u8001\u516c\u8feb\u51fa\u4f86\u7684\u3002\u4f46\u4e0a\u4e86\u9019\u9580\u8ab2\u5f8c\uff0c\u6211\u604d\u7136\u5927\u609f&#8212;-\u8207\u5176\u722d\u8ad6\u662f\u8ab0\u7684\u932f\uff0c\u4e0d\u5982\u81ea\u5df1\u9078\u64c7\u63a1\u53d6\u6b63\u80fd\u91cf\u7684\u614b\u5ea6\u53bb\u9762\u5c0d\uff01<\/li>\n<li>\u4e00\u4f4d\u4e2d\u5e74\u5b78\u54e1\u8a9e\u91cd\u5fc3\u9577\u5730\u5606\u9053\uff0c\u5982\u679c\u4e8c\u5341\u5e74\u524d\u6211\u53c3\u52a0\u9019\u500b\u8ab2\u7a0b\uff0c\u5fc5\u80fd\u6709\u667a\u6167\u5728\u7236\u6bcd\u9084\u5065\u5728\u6642\u8655\u7406\u548c\u89e3\u6c7a\u5bb6\u5ead\u4e4b\u9593\u7684\u4e00\u4e9b\u77db\u76fe\u3002\u4ee5\u524d\u7684\u6211\u60f3\u548c\u4e0a\u4e00\u4ee3\u8ac7\u5fc3\u662f\u500b\u5962\u60f3\uff0c\u7236\u6bcd\u4e0d\u61c2\u5b50\u5973\u5fc3\u601d\u800c\u5b69\u5152\u4e5f\u4e0d\u6562\u76f4\u8a00\u3002\u82e5\u8d8a\u65e9\u660e\u767d\u539f\u751f\u5bb6\u5ead\u7d66\u6211\u5011\u5e36\u4f86\u7684\u5f71\u97ff\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u5c31\u8d8a\u80fd\u91cd\u8996\u5bb6\u5ead\u95dc\u4fc2\uff0c\u61c2\u5f97\u5982\u4f55\u5c0d\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u5bb6\u5ead\u8ca0\u8cac\u3002\u56e0\u70ba\u6211\u5011\u662f\u6211\u5011\u5b69\u5b50\u7684\u539f\u751f\u5bb6\u5ead\u3002<\/li>\n<li>\u53e6\u4e00\u4f4d\u5e74\u8f15\u5973\u5b78\u54e1\u8aaa\uff0c\u5728\u4e0a\u8ab2\u516b\u5468\u7684\u77ed\u6642\u9593\u5167\uff0c\u6211\u5fc3\u5167\u60c5\u611f\u5df3\u6709\u5de8\u5927\u7684\u8b8a\u5316\uff0c\u5c31\u50cf\u662f\u767c\u6398\u5230\u81ea\u5df1\u751f\u547d\u7684\u610f\u7fa9\u3002\u9019\u662f\u6211\u4eba\u751f\u7684\u8f49\u6298\u9ede\uff01<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u5b78\u54e1\u7a4d\u6975\u5730\u628a\u5b78\u5230\u5be6\u969b\u53c8\u76ca\u667a\u7684\u89c0\u5ff5\u7acb\u523b\u61c9\u7528\u5728\u65e5\u5e38\u751f\u6d3b\u4e2d\uff0c\u5df3\u9ad4\u9a57\u5230\u4eba\u969b\u95dc\u4fc2\u7684\u5927\u5e45\u5ea6\u6539\u5584\uff0c\u7d66\u5bb6\u4eba\u5152\u5b6b\u5e36\u4f86\u4e86\u6975\u5927\u7684\u795d\u798f\uff01\u70ba\u4e86\u7e7c\u7e8c\u63d0\u5347\u500b\u4eba\u7cbe\u795e\u5065\u5eb7\u53ca\u9810\u9632\u5bb6\u5ead\u5371\u6a5f\uff0c\u5341\u591a\u4f4d\u5b78\u54e1\u5373\u6642\u52a0\u5165\u4e86\u8b77\u5bb6\u57284\u6708\u52307\u6708\u7684\u8b80\u66f8\u6703\u5c0f\u7d44\u3002\u610f\u8b58\u5230\u53ea\u8981\u81ea\u8eab\u4e0d\u65b7\u6210\u9577\uff0c\u5bb6\u5ead\u624d\u771f\u662f\u6709\u76fc\u671b\uff01<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Rebuilding after the breakdown in family relationships<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">&#8212; Strong healthy family as designed in God\u2019s kingdom\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 HFRC \u2013 Ann Zhou<\/p>\n<p>HFRC is dedicated to help rebuilding family relationship after breakdown.<\/p>\n<p>In the past nine years, we have accompanied many broken hearts, regardless of gender, age, or marital status. Among the most hurt soul, those who seek to be healthy went through painful process but gradually regain hope in life, and in turn become a blessing to others. But those who are too stubborn to let go of their bitter past would always be at lost. They suffer not only their own health in a normal life but possibly become a liability to the community and bad influence to their next generation. When missionaries and pastoral leaders are under tremendous pressure, they might suffer emotional breakdown and unhappy family.<\/p>\n<p>So what is the secret to receive true rebuilding?<\/p>\n<p>1) One must be humble to learn; 2) do not expect to change others but first focus on trying to change oneself; 3) get a trained person to accompany you; 4) speak with positive words of hope and blessing since angry words can destroy family relationships; 5) when family is in crisis, do not just blame, but pray for each other to forgive with grace. These principles are powerful as well as effective for healing and rebuilding.<\/p>\n<p>HFRC promotes healthy family relationships by offering free community family-related seminars, providing interpersonal growth groups with topics such as &#8220;Family of Origin\u201d, &#8220;Boundaries\u201d, \u201cEmotional Management\u201d, and \u201cSelf-esteem.\u201d Also offered is the annual event of \u201cLife Rebuilding Retreat&#8221;, and individual lay-counseling. These services are designed to help participants to perform self-assessment in order to restore mind back to a healthy state.<\/p>\n<p>In 2016, HFRC already held a few activities. 46 people attended the 12th &#8220;Life Rebuilding Retreat.&#8221; In the 8-week courses of &#8220;Family of Origin&#8221; (noon), and &#8220;Building Healthy Relationships&#8221; (evening), a total of 16 classes with 35 participated. Some feedbacks below:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>So thankful I can finally forgive my father after two decades! I also discovered my own conflicts.<\/li>\n<li>A visiting Psychology teacher from China was pleased to participate in this growth group. She remarked highly of the lecture notes and teaching format.<\/li>\n<li>A young mother understood the theory &#8220;Try not to change others but willing to change your own self.\u201d Before the class, she blamed her husband turning her into a wicked person. But now she realized having a positive attitude in life is more important.<\/li>\n<li>A middle-aged man wished if he could take this class 20 years ago so that he had the wisdom to resolve family conflicts when his parents were still alive.<\/li>\n<li>Another young female student said that she seemed to have discovered the meaning of life in this class.
